Nationwide Guest Services
Nationwide Guest Services representatives are prepared to help guests answer questions, obtain transportation, help lost parents reunite with their children, and anything else a guest might need while attending Bristol Motor Speedway events. Nationwide Guest Services tents are located in the concoure areas of Pearson, Waltrip, Petty and Johnson grandstands. Other locations include the North and South parking areas, the former Administration Building near Tower 10, as well as the O. Bruton Smith Building near Gate 5.
