WHERE DO I PICK UP WILL-CALL TICKETS?
Tickets purchased online/by phone via Ticketmaster or BMS may be picked up race weekend at any Open Ticket Booth or the Main Ticket Office with a valid photo ID.
CAN I PURCHASE A PIT PASS?
NASCAR Garage Credentials to NASCAR events are issued Only to working competitors, NASCAR and BMS officials, working media, safety and rescue workers. You may contact the ticket office to purchase Premium Packages which include Cold Pit Passes at 866-415-4158.
WHERE DO I PICK UP CREDENTIALS?
Accredited workers Must sign for credentials in person and sign insurance waivers at the BMS credential registration office. Enter at the South Entrance of the Speedway and the office is located 150 yards on the right in the gravel parking lot.
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR THE PIT AREA?
- Alcohol, coolers, and folding chairs are NOT permitted in the garage/pit area.
- Everyone entering the garage/pit area MUST wear proper attire.
- Shorts, sleeveless shirts and blouses and open-toed shoes are ALLOWED.
CAN I BRING A COOLER TO THE RACES?
Yes, however it must measure no larger than 14" X 14" X 14". NO GLASS is allowed. Each Guest is permitted one carry-in item along with a cooler. Carry-in items cannot exceed 14 inches in size.
IS THERE FREE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE SPEEDWAY?
Yes, Bristol Motor Speedway operates two free public parking areas on Hwy 394; one at Speedway Parking and one at Whitetop Creek Park. Shuttle buses serve both areas to the track.
IS THERE PARKING ON BMS PROPERTY?
Parking on BMS property requires either a BMS-issued parking permit or a state-issued accessible parking permit (placard or license plate). Overnight parking is not permitted on BMS property.
IF I HAVE A STATE ISSUED PARKING PERMIT WHERE CAN I PARK AT THE SPEEDWAY?
In an effort to improve parking for guests who use state-issued accessible permits, the BMS Events Department requires advance requests to help guests park closer to their seat locations. State and local law officials require the person to whom a state issued permit is issued must be in the vehicle when the permit is used. For more information please call Sonya Moore (423) 989-6924.
DOES BMS OFFER SHUTTLE SERVICES AT EVENT TIME?
BMS offers several modes of transportation FREE OF CHARGE for patrons needing assistance moving around the facility. Tram service offers transportation along routes surrounding the track.
Golf cart transportation is available for guests needing special assistance throughout the BMS parking areas as well as wheelchair accessible around the track. Inquire at any Guest Services Booth for more information.
DOES BMS HAVE A SMOKING POLICY?
Smoking (including E-Cigarettes) is NOT permitted in any grandstand, entry portals, terrace, suite or restroom areas. Guests may smoke in open concourse areas.
CAN I RENT A SCANNER DURING THE RACE?
Scanners are available to rent from Racing Electronics in our North display area, front vendor lot and in Waltrip D-E on the Concourse level.
DOES BMS OFFER AN AREA FOR KIDS?
Yes, we have a FREE Kids Zone area set up for each NASCAR weekend. You will find it in the Fan Zone near the North Entrance/BMS Marquee Sign)

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CHILD AND I BECOME SEPARATED?
First and foremost, we encourage all parents/children to enroll in our Tag-A-Kid program. This program, registers parents/children on-site, and in the event they become separated, our staff can easily aid in the re-connection. Tag-A-Kid registration takes place at Guest Welcome Villages and and any Guest Services Kiosk.
As policy, children separated from their families will be escorted by BMS personnel to a Guest Services Kiosk where they will remain until families are located.
HOW CAN I GET DRIVERS' AUTOGRAPHS?
During the April event on Friday night of our Food City 500 weekend we offer the Food City Race Night which is located in the BMS Hospitality area. During the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race weekend we have the Food City Family Race Night which is held downtown Bristol along State Street. The Events include driver appearances, music entertainment, games, food sampling, souvenirs and simulators. We also have the Driver Transporter Parade that is held every Thursday night prior to the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night weekend. The parade departs from The Pinnacle at 9pm and will travel down Volunteer Parkway and will end at the Speedway. You may also enter the grandstands at Gate 10 to watch the haulers enter into the Speedway.
