Tuesday, August 21:
NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series practice for the O'Reilly 200, 1-5 p.m., Spectators use Gate 7 on backstretch to enter grandstands. Gate will open at 1 p.m. Admission is free.

Concessions: Concession stands are operated by Levy Resaurants and are located in the concourse areas. Additional food vendors may be found outside the Speedway near the souvenir trailers and the interactive fan display area.
Coolers: No coolers larger than 14" are allowed. No glass containers, beer balls or mini kegs are permitted in the grandstands. Coolers are not permitted on suite level.

Seating for the O'Reilly 200 and Food City 150 (August 22) is General Admission. Seating for the Food City 250 (August 24) and Sharpie 500 (August 25) is reserved.
Guest Services (Nationwide)
Nationwide Guest Services/Information Booths are located in the concourse areas of Pearson, Waltrip, Johnson and Petty Grandstands. Additional locations include North and South Parking areas and Lot A. These areas serve as information centers and Free Event Fan Guides may be picked up here. Nationwide Pit Stops (large blue inflatable tents) are located a various points on property and offer cool water misting stations and seating areas for fans to rest.
Handicap Parking and Seating
Reserved Wheelchair parking will be issued with the purchase of reserved wheelchair spaces only, AND MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. The remaining Accessible parking areas will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. State Issued verification and Photo ID must be presented upon entering the premises.
Hospitality:
JFG Hospitality Village opens at 2:00 pm on Wednesday,
JFG Hospitality Village opens at 1:30 pm on Friday and Saturday
Village will close one hour after races begin.

Lost and Found:
Take found items to any Nationwide Guest Services tent or to the receptionist in the Bruton Smith Building. If you're looking for a lost item, visit the receptionist desk in the Bruton Smith Building or call 423.989.6933.

Parking:
The North Entrance (Hwy. 11E/Volunteer Pkwy.) will be closed to vehicular traffic throughout the entire race weekend. Parking on BMS grounds is by permit only. BMS also operates two free parking areas on St. Rt. 394. "Speedway Parking" and "Multi-Purpose" parking areas offer free shuttle service to and from the track. Pay phone locations include: Bruton Smith Building, All-American Bridge, Allison Grandstand, Allision Terrace, Earnhardt Terrace, Kulwicki Mezzanine, Showerhouse at Blue Ox Campground, Waltrip Grandstand
Pets:
No pets are allowed inside the gates of BMS, except for certified service animals.
Prohibited Items: To ensure that fans have a safe and enjoyable experience, the following items WILL NOT be permitted inside the Speedway:
- Unauthorized ATV-type vehicles or golf carts
- Bags/Backpacks over 14 inches
- Beer Balls
- Bicycles
- Coolers over 14 inches
- Fires, grills or fireworks
- Folding Chairs
- Glass containers
- Guns, knives, weapons of any kind
- Illegal drugs
- Noisemakers, horns, helium balloons, beach balls
- Pets (Except for certified service animals)
- Scaffolding/platforms
- Stadium seats/chairs that contain metal, rigid frame (stadium cushions are permitted)
- Umbrellas
- Other items that in the judgement of the Speedway management pose a safety hazard or deminish the enjoyment of an event by other patrons
Raceway Ministries:
Worship services will be provided to race fans at the following locations on Saturday, August 25th at 9:00 a.m.

Radio:
The O'Reilly 200 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race will be broadcast by MRN. The remaining races will be broadcast by Performance Racing Network (PRN).
As information, the following affiliates will make up the BMS Radio Network on Sharpie 500 race day (August 25). The broadcast will feature traffic updates, interviews with NASCAR and BMS personalities and other race-related info. The network will air from 3 p.m. until PRN takes over the broadcast (tentatively 7 p.m.).
