Mike Skinner turned in the fastest lap during Tuesday's practice session for Wednesday night's NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series O'Reilly 200. The O'Reilly 200 starts at 8 p.m. on Wednesday and will be preceded by the Food City 150 USAR Hooters ProCup event at 5:45. Both series will be on the track throughout the day practicing. Qualifying for the Food City 150 is at 2:30 while qualifying for the O'Reilly 200 is at 4 p.m. The Food City 150 takes the green flag at 5:45 and the O'Reilly 200 is set to begin at 8 p.m.
