NEW - Adjust Font Size:

Fans looking to broaden their Bristol Motor Speedway experience during the upcoming August NASCAR race weekend have a couple of different routes to explore. One is the Half-Mile Club, which offers individuals the chance to experience hospitality village, while the other offers the chance to enjoy the skybox experience from the Bristol Club Suites.

Individual hospitality in the Half-Mile Club gives members the opportunity to be part of hospitality village which features a number of special perks, including a track tour, driver appearance, door prizes, souvenir program, BMS Half-Mile Club souvenir, cash bar and a meal. The Half-Mile Club also is air-conditioned with closed-circuit television.

The hospitality experience begins early each day and leads to the most exciting races on the NASCAR circuit - the Food City 250 (Aug. 22) and the Sharpie 500 (Aug. 23). Cost of becoming a Half-Mile Club member, which does not include race tickets, for the upcoming August races is $110 for the Food City 250 and $180 for the Sharpie 500. The weekend package is $270.

There remains a limited number of suite seats for the August race weekend, which includes three nights of Bristol action. The seats are good for the Aug. 20-23 events, including the Craftsman Truck O'Reilly 200, Food City 250 Nationwide and Sharpie 500 Sprint Cup races.

Race fans who purchase suite seats will enjoy the races from a climate-controlled environment, complete with closed-circuit television, reserved theater-style seating, meals and non-alcoholic beverages (a cash bar is available). Also included is a souvenir gift bag, Sprint Cup day track tours and door prizes handed out throughout the day of the Cup events as well as the chance to take part in a Speedway Children's Charities auction.

Adding to the experience will be the appearance of former Bristol winner Elliott Sadler, scheduled to be in the suite Saturday, Aug. 23.

Cost of the suite seats for all three nights is $1,200. This does include a commitment for both NASCAR weekends in 2009 at a cost of $2,000.
