Plain and simple... This is a must for anyone traveling to BMS for August race week, especially the campers and tailgaters.

There's a little country, some rock, a bit of this, a dab of that, but it's all Bristol. The dozen original songs in a multitude of musical styles commemorate the excitement of racing on "The World's Fastest Half Mile," Bristol's signature Night Race, the raw power of the Bristol Dragway and the unmatched Bristol fan experience.

"Bristol Nights," which is the result of a partnership with Banshee Music, digitally debuted this week at Amazon.com and iTunes.

"The entire Bristol experience stirs emotion, so it was only right that Thunder Valley had its own soundtrack to reflect the action fans have come to love at the ‘World's Fastest Half Mile,'" said Bristol Motor Speedway president Jeff Byrd. "It will quickly become another way to experience the best that NASCAR has to offer."

The high-energy CD features two songs each by Whiskey Falls, Crash City and Chris Sernel, as well as individual contributions by Colt Ford, Swagger, Bang, Thunderhoof Productions, Silvergun and Mark Mallman & Ryan Smith.
