Levy Restaurants Rubbin' is Racin' Spice Rub Contest Finals, 3 pm, The chefs have been narrowed down to a few and they'll test pit spice rub recipes against each other for a panel of Bristol judges to see who'll win the right to serve up "The Official Spice Rub of Bristol Motor Speedway" in 2010.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. Appearance, 7 pm, Stop by the Pepsi display area before the Food City 250 for a chance to meet Dale Jr. He'll answer questions from the crowd and throw out a few autographed items.
