Autographed Driver Tickets Up For Grabs During July 30 Fan Appreciation Day At BMS
Tickets to the IRWIN Tools Night Race have long been considered among the most popular in the sport. With an autograph from one of NASCAR’s biggest stars on the ticket, however, it would for many fans be considered priceless.
For a limited number of fans, that autographed ticket will be available Saturday, July 30, which is also Fan Appreciation Day at BMS. Any fan who attends the celebration at the World’s Fastest Half-Mile and purchases tickets to the Aug. 27 IRWIN Tools Night Race – or who calls the ticket office that day – can receive an autographed ticket while supplies last.
Drivers who have signed the August Night Race tickets are Clint Bowyer, Jeff Burton, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Carl Edwards, five-time BMS winner Jeff Gordon, Kevin Harvick, five-time Sprint Cup champion Jimmie Johnson, Kasey Kahne, Matt Kenseth, Ryan Newman and Tony Stewart.
Fans that purchase two tickets to the IRWIN Tools Night Race can choose from any of the 11 drivers participating in the autograph offer.
The Fan Appreciation Day takes place July 30 in the BMS infield from 1-4 p.m. and features track laps, free hot dogs, chips, drinks and ice cream (while supplies last), music and giveaways, which include a four-day Carnival Caribbean cruise, donated by Carnival Cruise Lines and Festiva Adventure Club, a year’s worth of groceries or gas from Food City, tickets to the IRWIN Tools Night Race weekend, and much more. The evening continues with Thompson Metal Monster Truck Madness, which features Grave Digger, the world’s most famous monster truck, along with Avenger, Brutus, Sampson, Gunslinger and War Wizard.
Tickets to the Thompson Metal Monster Truck Madness, which begins at 7 p.m., are $15 for anyone attending the Fan Appreciation Day or $20 that evening at the gate.
Race week at BMS kicks off with the O’Reilly Auto Parts 200 Camping World Truck Series race, and the UNOH Perfect Storm 150 Whelen Modified Series event Aug. 24. The Food City Nationwide Series race takes place Friday night, Aug. 26, followed by the IRWIN Tools Night Race Aug. 27.
Fans can enjoy both the IRWIN Tools Night Race and the Food City 250 for as little as $99. Should they be in town for the Wednesday night doubleheader, fans can take in all four races under the lights in packages starting at $129.
Single-event tickets for Saturday’s IRWIN Tools Night Race start at $90 while ticket prices for the Food City 250 begin at $45. Wednesday night doubleheader tickets for the O’Reilly Auto Parts 200 and the UNOH Perfect Storm 150 are $25 in advance for adults and $30 the day of the doubleheader.
Parents also can take advantage of reduced ticket prices for children as kids 12 and under can watch the Food City 250 for only $10 while children in that age bracket will be admitted free to the Wednesday night doubleheader.
