Always on the leading edge of social interaction, BMS has designed the new website to allow visitors to closely interact with BMS staff and other fans. Two regularly-updated blogs, “That’s Just Bristol” and “From the GM,” provides fans an glimpse of the inner workings of Bristol

“That’s Just Bristol” features interesting news and commentary from Bristol staff and fans, while Executive Vice President and General Manager, Jerry Caldwell shares his thoughts with fans in his blog, “From the GM.”

“We’ve worked extremely hard on making this website more fan-friendly,” said Caldwell. “It is much easier to use and gives fans more of an opportunity to interact with us and communicate their thoughts, ideas and observations, which is very important to us. We’re very proud of the end result and hope the fans enjoy the new site.”

Visitors to the page are able to offer feedback through various social media options, including a new comment option on all articles. An instantaneous Twitter feed and link to the BMS Facebook page also add to the social connectivity of the new site.

Fans may share their Bristol Experience through a new option to upload their favorite, video, audio and photos of BMS and their time here. Additionally, BMS staff offers a greater depth of information through video, audio and photo highlights to keep fans in the loop about all major happenings at the “World’s Fastest Half-Mile.”
