Race fans gathered at Bristol Motor Speedway for the Aug. 27 running of the IRWIN Tools Night Race now have an opportunity to take a trip around the World’s Fastest Half-Mile with David Ragan.

While Ragan normally gets around BMS in a Ford, this time around the 25-year-old will lead the Bristol Chapter’s Speedway Children’s Charities Track Walk around BMS at 10 a.m. on the day of the IRWIN Tools Night Race.

Fans may register online to participate in the Track Walk or they can register at Bristol Motor Speedway throughout race week. Cost to participate in the Track Walk is $25 per person in advance, or $35 race weekend.

Race week at BMS kicks off Aug. 24 with a doubleheader that features the O’Reilly Auto Parts 200 Camping World Truck Series race, and the UNOH Perfect Storm 150 Whelen Modified Series event. The Food City 250 Nationwide Series race takes place Friday night, Aug. 26.

Fans can enjoy both the IRWIN Tools Night Race and the Food City 250 for as little as $99. Should they be in town for the Wednesday night doubleheader, fans can take in all four races under the lights in packages starting at $129.
