Fans looking for some special fun while also helping a great cause, will be able to do just that during the Speedway Children's Charities Track Walk at Bristol Motor Speedway March 20.

The Track Walk allows fans to circle the World's Fastest Half-Mile on foot, just after the conclusion of the Scotts Turf Builder 300 and Scotts EZ Seed Showdown races. Fans may pre-register at www.bristol.speedwaycharities.org.

Participants in the Track Walk will need to stop by the Speedway Children's Charities tent in the BMS display lot (the area between the Speedway and Bristol Dragway) to check in. At that time, walkers need to sign a waiver and be given a wristband, along with a t-shirt.

The SCC tent will be open Friday, March 19 from 1 p.m.-8 p.m. and on Saturday, March 20 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Everyone taking part in the Track Walk must meet at Gate 9 near the Garage Entrance at BMS at 8:15 p.m. for the scheduled 8:30 p.m. Cost to walk is $25 for those who pre-register or $35 on race weekend. Children 16 and under may walk for free with a paying adult.
