Race fans who visit Autotrader.com Speedway In Lights Nov. 19-22 at Bristol Motor Speedway will visit one of the country's most spectacular light shows and also have the opportunity to see the Subway show car.

The Subway car, driven by Carl Edwards at several NASCAR events this year, will be in Subway Christmas Village beginning Thursday night. Visitors to the light show can register to win racing memorabilia signed by Edwards and also have their pictures taken with the car.

Stephen Semones of Bristol, Tenn. was the first big winner in the Lucky Laptop Monday giveaway at Autotrader.com Speedway In Lights Powered by TVA this week.

A total of seven laptops, courtesy of Autotrader.com, will be given away at Bristol Motor Speedway's holiday light show each Monday throughout the rest of the year - so there are six more chances to win.

With the Thanksgiving holiday upon us, Bristol Motor Speedway is getting into the spirit by hosting the inaugural Turkey Bowl at the Johnson Controls Ice Rink Monday, Nov. 23.

The Turkey Bowl, which will take place from 6 p.m-8 p.m., is open to anyone who brings at least two cans of food, or non-perishable items, to the rink that day. Every person who enters will receive a pair of tickets to Ford Fan Friday at BMS March 19, along with a free skate rental for the Johnson Controls Ice Rink.

Now through Jan. 2, Speedway In Lights guests will receive $2 off the admission price due to special promotions taking place Sundays through Thursdays throughout the show.

Bristol Motor Speedway Is Dropoff Location For Operation Christmas Child Shoe Boxes

Bristol Motor Speedway is collecting boxes for Operation Christmas Child and will do so through Monday, Nov. 23.

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan's Purse, an international Christian relief organization headed by Franklin Graham. The organization collects gift-filled shoe boxes and delivers to children in need around the world. Last year a total of 7,968,214 boxes were collected internationally with 4,881,577 coming from the United States.

Visitors to Autotrader.com Speedway In Lights Powered by TVA might want to get an early start this year as "Grand" opening week will yield some great prizes for five lucky people.

Grand Home Furnishings will award one Speedway In Lights visitor $500 to spend at their stores each night, Nov. 15-19. Entry forms will be handed out at the ticket booth each night and may be turned in at a drop box at the end of the Speedway In Lights route.

New Chill Hill Tube Slide, Johnson Controls Ice Rink Open Tuesday, Nov. 10 At Bristol Motor Speedway

Skating and sliding will be the name of the game at Bristol Motor Speedway beginning Tuesday, Nov. 10 as both the Johnson Controls Ice Rink and the HVAC Chill Hill Tube Slide open for the season.

Visitors to BMS now can enjoy two very different, but equally exciting, attractions with the opening of HVAC's Chill Hill. The 300-foot long snowless slide features two side-by-side lanes and inflated tubes, on which riders will sit to rocket to the bottom of the hill.
