2009 FOOD CITY 500 TICKET PURCHASE DRAWING INFORMATION

2009 Food City 500 Ticket Prices:

Earnhardt Terrace seats: $133
All other Terrace seats: $125
Aluminum Grandstand (bench-with-back) seats: $93

Note: a $7 shipping and handling charge will be added to each order. Tax is included in the ticket price.

Here are detailed instructions on submitting a request to purchase 2009 Food City 500 tickets. Please note: people who do not have Sharpie 500 tickets or season tickets will receive first consideration. Race fans wishing to purchase 2009 Food City 500 Tickets must follow these directions exactly to be considered for any non-renewed Food City 500 tickets: 

• Entries must be submitted and post-marked no earlier than August 1, 2008 and no later than August 31, 2008. ENTRIES LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF FOUR TICKETS.
• ONLY ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD WILL BE ACCEPTED.

* Only No. 10 envelopes will be considered, and only one 8.5-inch by 11-inch sheet of paper should be enclosed in the envelope. Failure to use a No. 10 envelope and any other size paper will void your entry.

* You must write your first and last name and return mailing address in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. If you have an email address, please include it directly below your mailing address.

* You must write the number of tickets you want next to your return address on the envelope and circle it.

On the 8.5-inch by 11-inch sheet of paper, you must write the following information:

 * Your first and last name

* Your Mailing address where you wish to receive your tickets (this address must match the return address on the envelope)

* Your phone number (this must be a valid daytime phone number - failure to provide a valid phone number will void your entry)

* Your email address

* If you wish to limit your ticket purchase to specific price range, say so here.

* If you wish to purchase spring Sharpie MINI 300 NASCAR Busch Series race tickets (Earnhardt Terrace, $72; all other Terrace, $67; aluminum bench-with-back seats, $57; aluminum bench-with-back on back straightaway, $45), say so here.

* If you wish to purchase $15  Pole Day tickets  say so here.

* Your valid credit card number and expiration date. Only VISA, MasterCard and Discover will be accepted. CREDIT CARDS MUST BE VALID AND APPROVED FOR PAYMENT OR ENTRY WILL BE VOID.

* If you wish to pay by personal check, you must select a specific price range for tickets and submit a personal check for the specific amount due, plus $7 shipping and handling. For example, if you wish to order four aluminum seats, you should send a check for $379 (4 x $93, plus $7 service charge). NO CASHIER'S CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS OR CASH SHOULD BE SENT AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED. After tickets are sold out, all orders not drawn will not be opened and will be shredded.  Please note: paying by personal check requires you to select one of three ticket price levels.  If your price level is not available, you will not be considered for tickets in any other price level.

If your entry is selected, your credit card will be charged and your seats will be assigned immediately, or your personal check will be deposited.  You will receive notification by mail  or email of your seat location and the total charge to your credit card.  If you wish to cancel your order and receive a credit to your credit card account, you must call or email (from the email address on your entry) the ticket office by the date indicated on your confirmation notice.

Once someone becomes a Food City 500 ticket holder at Bristol, that person will receive  notices each year as long as payments are made by the due date.  Upgrade periods are available after renewals to change seat locations and make other changes to accounts. Seat location changes are based on availability.
