Fans of NASCAR and the NHRA will be in for a treat when some of their favorite drivers head to East Tennessee for the 2018 Bristol Motor Speedway Season Preview on Wednesday, March 21.

Richard Childress Racing drivers Austin and Ty Dillon as well as their dad and current RCR Vice President of Business Development Mike Dillon will represent NASCAR while NHRA will be represented by Don Schumacher Racing team owner Don Schumacher and drivers Tony Schumacher, Leah Pritchett and Matt Hagan at the event, which will be held at the Bass Pro Shops at The Pinnacle in Bristol. The group will participate in a Q&A for the audience before facing off in a game of "Feuding Families Bristol Edition".

"We're thrilled to have some of the biggest stars in racing join us for our BMS Season Preview," said Jerry Caldwell, executive vice president and general manager at Bristol Motor Speedway. "We can't wait to provide our loyal fans with another 'WOW' moment and to get them pumped for the upcoming season."

The BMS Season Preview is free and open to the public. Guests will have the chance to play games and leave with special prizes, all while checking out what Bass Pro Shops has to offer. Photo stations will be set up to give fans an opportunity to get their picture taken with BMS' mascots Bump and Run as well as the Chevrolet Camaro pace car and the beloved Bristol race trophy. The Q&A portion of the event is slated to begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by "Feuding Families Bristol Edition".

The powerhouse Richard Childress Racing team will represent the NASCAR family with brothers Austin and Ty Dillon and their father Mike. Austin is a two-time NASCAR national series champion (2011 Trucks and 2013 XFINITY) and is the recent winner of the Daytona 500, driving the No. 3 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 to victory lane exactly 20 years after Dale Earnhardt Sr.'s only Daytona 500 win. Ty, the younger of the two Dillons, has consistently ranked Bristol as his favorite track and has a proven track record at The Last Great Colosseum, where he will return in April behind the wheel of the No. 13 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 in the Cup Series. Their father Mike is a former NASCAR national competitor and the current Vice President of Business Development for RCR.

Led by Don Schumacher, Don Schumacher Racing is one of the most successful teams in NHRA history with 319 national event wins and 18 championships. His son, Tony, is an eight-time Top Fuel world champion and a five-time winner at Bristol (most all-time in any NHRA professional category at Thunder Valley). Pritchett, who is in her second full-time season at DSR, was the runner-up in Top Fuel during last season's NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals. Hagan, a native of southwest Virginia, is a two-time Funny Car world champion and the winner of the 2015 Bristol national event.

The 2018 on-track season at Bristol Motor Speedway starts with the best of NASCAR descending upon East Tennessee for the Food City 500 weekend, April 13-15. The well-received Short Track U.S. Nationals returns May 18-20 before the drivers of the world's fastest race cars hit Thunder Valley for the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals on Father's Day weekend, June 15-17. NASCAR returns under the lights for one of the most electric atmospheres in racing, the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race week, Aug. 15-18. Tickets for the different events are available at www.BristolMotorSpeedway.com and www.BristolDragway.com.
