Postponed NASCAR Event Information and Exchange Requests

IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE RESCHEDULED 2020 BRISTOL EVENT HOLD ONTO ALL TICKETS, PARKING, PASSES, CAMPING, ETC. TO USE FOR THE RESCHEDULED EVENT. YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT THIS FORM IF YOUR ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND.

REQUESTS FOR EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FOLLOWING THE RESCHEDULED EVENT DATE ANNOUNCEMENT. 

All Consumer accounts with paid admission tickets (grandstand or infield), camping, fan hospitality, pit passes, etc. are eligible for this offer. 

Using the contact information on your account please fill out the form below to start the process. Once you complete this form our staff will process your credit for the event that you select. If you choose to exchange your credit for a future event you will be eligible for the full amount you paid plus an additional 20%. (Shipping, Handling, and Service Fees are not part of the total paid amount)

Your account number can be found on your event ticket. Your barcode number will appear just above or below the barcode. Please enter only one (1) barcode from any event ticket on your account in the field provided.

What truly makes Bristol Motor Speedway special is not only the exciting racing, but the incredible family reunion feel that exists when all of our fans, guests, community members and businesses come together for a race weekend,” said Jerry Caldwell, executive vice president and general manager of Bristol Motor Speedway. “That’s why I support NASCAR’s decision to postpone our NASCAR spring event to a later date. The health and safety of everyone who attends races at Bristol Motor Speedway is our top priority and this step has been taken so that everyone can follow the recommended guidelines as advised by government officials. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those who have been affected by this pandemic. Once we have a confirmed rescheduled date, we will inform you as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience during this time and we look forward to having all of you here once again at the Last Great Colosseum.

WHEN IS THE NEW EVENT DATE?

ARE ANY OF THE FAN ACTIVITIES AT THE TRACK STILL HAPPENING?

Due to the postponement, all planned fan activities on Speedway property have been cancelled. This includes, but is not limited to, Fan Zone appearances and displays, concerts, tweet ups, and any experiences planned to take place inside the Speedway.

ARE CAMPERS ALLOWED TO STILL COME?

If you have a camping package for the April Race Weekend, please do not come during that week.

CAN I GET A CREDIT FOR MY CAMPSITE AS WELL?

Any paid admission including tickets (Grandstand or Infield), camping, fan hospitality, pit passes, etc., that were purchased in advance on the ticketholder’s account will be eligible for a credit or refund.

IF I’M UNABLE TO ATTEND THE RESCHEDULED DATE WHAT ARE MY OTHER OPTIONS?

We are happy to offer ticketholders an event credit towards a future NASCAR sanctioned event at any Speedway Motorsports owned facility. Event credits will be in the amount paid for all admissions including Tickets (Grandstand or Infield), camping, fan hospitality, pit passes, etc. plus an additional 20% credit on top of your paid amount. If fans are unable to attend another event in 2020 or 2021 we will accept requests for refunds. Event credits or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days following the rescheduled event date announcement.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET A CREDIT TOWARDS THE SAME EVENT NEXT YEAR?

A credit will automatically be placed on your account for a future event in 2020 or 2021.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT BE AVAILABLE?

Credits will be available on your account in the next 2-3 weeks. If planning to attend an event within that time we will expedite your request.

CAN I USE MY CREDIT TO ATTEND ANOTHER NASCAR EVENT LATER THIS YEAR?

Yes, credits will be placed on the ticketholder’s account to be used for a future NASCAR sanctioned event at a Speedway Motorsports owned facility. Credits will be available in the next 2-3 weeks. If selecting a future event within that time we will prioritize requests accordingly.

CAN I GET A REFUND INSTEAD OF A CREDIT?

Ticketholders on file will have the option for a credit, including and additional 20% above the total paid amount, to a future NASCAR sanctioned event at a Speedway Motorsports owned track for 2020 or 2021. If a ticketholder is not able to take advantage of that offer they will have the option to request a full refund of their purchase price. All requests will be reviewed and processed as soon as possible. Refunds may take several weeks to process.

IF I CHOOSE A REFUND, HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will be processed back to the credit card used on the original order. Refunds could take up to several weeks to show on your credit card. If tickets were paid using another method of payment, a refund check will be issued and mailed to the ticketholder on file. Refund checks could delay payment even further. Every effort will be made to expedite your refund.

I BOUGHT TICKETS THROUGH ANOTHER SOURCE, CAN I STILL GET A CREDIT OR REFUND?

Any future event credits or refunds will only be made to the ticketholder on file with the speedway
