An incredible lineup of entertainment is planned for the Bristol Motor Speedway Fan Zone during the upcoming Food City 500 weekend, race officials announced today.

Located at BMS Entrance 1 in the north lot near the It’s Bristol Baby! Monument, the location will house music, games, food, rides, exhibitions, surprise appearances, and interactive activities. There are also team merchandise haulers with scheduled driver autograph sessions on deck throughout the weekend and lots of informative sponsor activation areas.

The BMS Fan Zone will provide plenty of activities for fans looking to create memories and savor wow moments during the Food City 500 race weekend, April 10-12 at iconic Bristol Motor Speedway.

One of the main attractions highlighting the fun will be appearances by Red Panda (Rong Niu). The highly-skilled acrobat will be aboard her famed 8-foot-tall unicycle performing dazzling stunts and tricks and wowing the crowd. Her amazing agility, focus and perfection is something you can only see firsthand to believe. She gained notoriety for performances during NBA halftime shows and she also appeared on Season 8 of America’s Got Talent.

The BMS Fan Zone also will have a variety of street performers mingling about doing magic tricks, juggling and entertaining fans, a major marching drumline that will bring rhythmic energy through their percussion ensemble during the weekend, and the return of some popular attractions like the Axe-Throwing booth, the RC Racing Thunderdome, a Racecar Simulator, Tire-Changing stations, inflatables and much more.

One of the prime points of interest in the BMS Fan Zone will be the Food City Fan Zone Stage presented by Coca-Cola Zero Sugar. Always alive with music, interviews, games or other entertainment, the stage will offer a hefty lineup of NASCAR driver appearances, celebrities, NASCAR legends, an SCC live auction, prize giveaways and surprises.

Two musical acts will takeover the stage the first two nights to perform post-race concerts.

On Friday night the 90s tribute band Non-Stop Nineties will rock the crowd immediately following the Tennessee Army National Guard 250 Truck Race. The band covers some timeless hits from popular 90s groups such as Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Oasis and Soundgarden. This event also will include the ultra-popular BMS Glow Party, where all attendees will receive brightly glowing specialty items, such as necklaces, bracelets and a variety of glow sticks. All of the vibrant colors create an illuminated neon glow all around the venue that will energize the crowd.

NASH Country, a popular band straight out of Music City in Nashville will perform original songs and covers to keep the party going strong on Saturday night following the Suburban Propane 300 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race. NASH Country features talented artists decked out in stunning country costumes delivering a blend of electrifying performances with infectious energy that will keep fans on their feet throughout the night. Neon Saddle is a wild ride where the lights shine brightly and the party never stops.

On Sunday at noon the big show will take the Food City Fan Zone Stage as Trackside Live brings in some incredible guests and will get the crowd ready for the tradition-rich Food City 500. Hosts Kenny Wallace, John Roberts and Jose Castillo will pump up the jam and talk with some of the red-hot drivers, celebrities and take the energy to a high level during the hour-long show.
