Bristol Motor Speedway will once again host one of the four NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) Dash 4 Cash events during April 22's Fitzgerald Glider Kits 300.

The Dash 4 Cash program easily fits into the new stage format that NASCAR has announced for its major touring series' for 2017. The top two NXS regulars (running for XFINITY Series points) in Stages 1 (85 laps) and 2 (85 laps) will qualify for the Dash 4 Cash bonus. The top finisher of those four in Stage 3 (130 laps) will be declared the Dash 4 Cash winner and earn a $100,000 prize.

If any driver wins two of the four Dash 4 Cash bonuses during the regular season, he/she will be all but guaranteed a spot in this year's NASCAR XFINITY Series playoff. The two Dash 4 Cash bonuses are equivalent to one race win for the playoff format beginning Sept. 23 at Kentucky Speedway.

"We're thrilled to have the Dash 4 Cash program returning to the Fitzgerald Glider Kits 300," said Jerry Caldwell, executive vice president and general manager for Bristol Motor Speedway. "With the addition of NASCAR's new stage-based format, the Dash 4 Cash program will bring even more intensity to the high banks of The World's Fastest Half-Mile."

The Fitzgerald Glider Kits 300 is the first race of an exciting doubleheader, also featuring the K&N Pro Series-East Zombie Auto 125 on Saturday, April 22. Tickets for Saturday's doubleheader start at just $35 for adults and are free for kids (12 and under). Weekend packages for the Food City 500 are also on sale, beginning at $89 for adults and $10 for kids (12 and under). For more information, visit BristolTix.com or call (855) 580-5525.
