Friends of Bristol Motor Speedway,

While we truly wish you were making the trek to Bristol Motor Speedway this week for the Food City 500, it's certainly more important to our team that you are staying at home and doing all that you can to stay safe during this time. That said, we really can't wait for the day when this situation is past us and we can all come together once again to have fun at The Last Great Colosseum.

Until that time, we encourage everyone to check out some eNASCAR iRacing events this weekend that will feature virtual Bristol Motor Speedway. It's a big week for BMS in the virtual racing world. Last night many of you may have watched talented Sim racer Ryan Luza race to victory at virtual BMS in the eNASCAR Coca-Cola Series iRace event. This weekend, many of the stars of the sport will compete in two events that are part of the new eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series. On Saturday, drivers from NASCAR's Xfinity, Gander RV & Outdoors Truck, ARCA, PEAK Mexico and Whelen Euro series will all compete in Saturday Night Thunder at virtual BMS on eNASCAR.com during a live-streamed event (time, TBD). That event will lead to Sunday's main event, the Food City Showdown, which will offer two heat races and a main event at virtual Bristol Motor Speedway for NASCAR Cup Series drivers and legends starting at 1 p.m. ET on FOX, FS1 and the FOX Sports app. We promise, if you love racing, you will really enjoy the Food City Showdown and eNASCAR Saturday Night Thunder. And before the race, be sure to log onto the BMS Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Twitch pages to check out a cool pre-race concert, and don't forget to share your Food City #TuneInTailgate photos this weekend and tag us.

Speaking of social media, we also have some fun stuff currently on our social media pages to keep you engaged during the weeks ahead. For example, this week we have launched our Spring Race Bracket Madness Challenge on Facebook and Twitter. This bracket-style social media tournament allows fans to vote for their favorite moments in the history of the Food City 500. We are showcasing eight of the top Food City 500 moments head-to-head in four different first-round pairings. Once fans vote for their favorite moments in each pairing, the winning moments will advance to the next round and so on until we have a single Food City 500 moment that stands alone as the winner at the end of the tournament. It should be a lot of fun! We hope you will continue to tune in to our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube pages during this time to check out some very cool Bristol Motor Speedway content.

Most of our BMS employees are continuing to work from home for the next few weeks, including the representatives in our ticket office. If you have any questions about tickets for any of our events during this time, please do not hesitate to contact our ticket team at the following email, [email protected], or by phone at 866.974.1643.

As I've said before, should there be any significant changes to any of our current event schedules, we'll immediately let you know by sending you an email, making updates to our website, and posting information to all of our social channels. Our priority is to keep you informed.

Every one of us at Bristol Motor Speedway continues to thank you for your patience and understanding as we look forward to much brighter days down the road. You, our Bristol family, remain in our thoughts and prayers.

Be Well,

Jerry Caldwell
